Discussion:
The circle above is plotted at the expected diameter of Thusnelda. With only one chord, it is not possible to tell if Brian was north or south of the centre line of the event but he appears to have been close to it. The circle has been plotted centred on the observed chord.
The event appears to have been close to the predicted path.
The figure below shows the Tangra light curve of the occultation.
