Discussion:
The circle above is plotted at the expected diameter of Fukaya. With only one chord (the miss is too distant to provide additional information), it is not possible to determine whether Dean was north or south of the centre line of the event. The event appears to have been to the south of the predicted path. The circle has been plotted centred on the observed chord.
