Discussion:
The circle above is plotted at the expected diameter of Hedwig. The event was clearly well north of the predicted path, and the miss shows that Bill was south of the centre line. The circle has been plotted accordingly.

There is a possible one-frame drop close to the predicted' time of the event but there are one or two other similar drops at other times.
