An 8.1 second occultation was recorded by Graeme McKay from Blenheim on the South Island of New Zealand. No other reports for this event were received.

Discussion:
There is a single shape model for (12) Victoria in the DAMIT database and it is shown above with Graemes observed chord placed centrally. With only one chord it is not possible to determine whether Graeme's chord should be central or not - the shape model would suggest that occultations of this duration are possible across much of the asteroid's profile.
