Discussion:
The circle above is plotted at the expected 12 km diameter of Jenskandler. With only one chord it is not possible to determine whether Peter was north or south of the central line of the event.
The figure below shows the Limovie/Tangra light curve of the occultation.
As this is a very short dip on a small object this could be a spurious result. The dip is just 3 fields long, and deep enough and close enough to the predicted time to be worthy of reporting.
