Discussion:
The circle above is plotted at the expected 45 km diameter of Elsa. With only one chord it is not possible to determine whether Steve was north or south of the central line of the event. However, assuming the updated prediction was approximately correct the close to expected chord of about 47km would suggest that the chord might lie close to the central portion of the asteroid. The ISAM 3D model has been overlaid on the Circle and shows One of several possible fits. We would need at least one more chord to get a more probable fit
