Discussion:
The circle above is plotted at the expected 30 km diameter of Fichte.
The figure below shows the Occular analysis light curve of the occultation.
The confidence level of 0% indicates that the very short dip of essntially 3 integration periods is probably noise. However the possibility of this being a real event still exists and so is being reported here. However because of the doubt it will be treated as a miss and will not be archived with MPC. In particular, the light curve does not exhibit a ‘flat bottomed – steep-sided’ light curve event.

Comments: This looked like an event in the monitor and on the light curve.
But it was about 50 seconds earlier than expected (prediction time error
+/- 14 seconds), so early by ca 3.5 x the predicted time error.
