This event which crossed both NZ and much of Australia attracted 11 observers by about 2 weeks before the due time.
John Talbot decided to ask for more obserevrs to try to fill gaps in the "fence".
In the final analysis 25 stations had either registered on Occult Watcher or later reported.

Sadly, that night proved to be largely clouded out on both sides of the Tasman, but
five clearly observed misses were recorded for this event.
