Discussion:
The circle above is plotted at the expected 125 km diameter of Euterpe. With only one chord it is not possible to determine whether Bill was north or south of the central line of the event.
The figure below shows the drift-scan data as analysed by Bill. The spikes on either side are time syncronisation marrkers.
