Discussion:
The circle above is plotted at the expected 2306 km diameter of Pluto.
With only one chord it is not possible to determine whether Brian was north
or south of the central line of the event. However given the resonably good fit
to the centre line being correct the circle has been plotted on the predicted path.
Given tha we only have the R and that Pluto has an atmosphere we cannot be sure
of where the centre point of the obseravtion is. However this looks like a definite
event.
The figure below shows the light curve of the occultation.
