Discussion:
The ellipse above is plotted at the previously observed dimensions from a 39 station occultation of Palma on 2007 Jan 26. With only one chord it is not possible to determine whether Steve was north or south of the central line of the event. Nor if the shown orientation of the ellipse is correct.
