Discussion:
Lightcurve data by Stephens R.D. 2002 suggests that Tatjana has significant ecentricity. This is confirmed By Pierre Antonini 2007 who found Mr of .303 +/- 0.004
The ellipse above is plotted at the same area as a circle with the expected 106 km diameter of Tatjana. With only one chord it is not possible to determine whether Steve was north or south of the central line of the event nor what the angle of the major axis should be.
