Discussion:
The circle above is plotted at the expected 94 km diameter of Iclea. With 3 chords we have a high level of confidence that thew plot represents the path of the event. This implies the central path was about 75 km south of the predicted path.
The figure below shows the Limovie lightcurve of the occultation.

Observation details for MP (286) Iclea By Star TYC 0398-00907-1 On 2008-06-15 at 09:34:42.0 _______________________________ Observer Peter Anderson Location Taylor Range Observatory Longitude +152:56:1.5 Latitude -27:27:47.6 Altitude 176 m Datum WGS84 Telescope Newtonian Aperture 41 cm Seeing Slight flickering Clear Timing Tape Recorder + time signal Visual, PE applied Disappearance 09:41:23.00 Reappearance 09:41:27.80 Comments: The star was very easy to follow. The event being late, I was starting to relax, expecting a miss, so was mentally caught off guard. Nevertheless allowing the extra PE, both stopwatch and tape and my recollection place the disappearance within the parameters stated. The reappearance is easier to define. In all, and confirmed by the tape, the occultation at my site was very close to 5 seconds. _______________________________ Observer Jonathan Bradshaw, Alison Beck Location Samford, Queensland, Australia Longitude +152:52:22.7 Latitude -27:21:22.8 Altitude 95 m Datum WGS84 Telescope Dobsonian Aperture 50 cm Seeing Steady Clear Timing GPS - time inserted Video with frame analysis Disappearance 09:41:24.08 Reappearance 09:41:27.68 Comments: Nice event - My heart sank initially, but 5 seconds late, it went pop! 20ms has been subtracted to account for camera latency - Gstar-ex @ 2x _______________________________ Observer David B Breadsell Location Toowoomba Longitude +151:55:37.4 Latitude -27:35:58.4 Altitude 730 m Datum WGS84 Telescope Dobsonian Aperture 25 cm Seeing Slight flickering Clear Timing Stopwatch Visual, PE applied Disappearance 09:41:26.70 Reappearance 09:41:32.40 Comments: Near perfect conditions with very slight flickering. Flickering did not affect observation. Best possible visual accuracy. _______________________________ Observer Dennis Lowe Location Mt Mee Longitude +152:43:32.2 Latitude -27:05:41.3 Altitude 535 m Datum WGS84 Telescope Refractor Aperture 10 cm Seeing Slight flickering Clear Timing GPS - time inserted Video with frame analysis Missed Comments: 90% illuminated moon 38 deg away.
