Discussion:
The circle above is plotted at the expected 26 km diameter of Frisia. Assuming the updated prediction was approximately correct then it appears that Bill Allen was very close to the edge of the asteroid.
The figure below shows Bill's drift-scan image of the observation with sadly no obvious occulation.
